The Tax Inspection Board of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance has developed the “Audit Preparation File (VDK-İHD)” application to transition the preparatory phase of tax audits to an electronic environment.

The application aims to standardize the information and documents requested during tax audits, enable taxpayers to begin the audit process better prepared, and ensure that audit procedures are conducted more effectively and predictably.

The VDK-İHD application was initially launched with the “Use of Counterfeit Documents (SBK)” Module; plans are in place to gradually add general audits, VAT refund audits, and other modules to the system.
