The minimum capital amounts applicable to joint-stock companies and limited liability companies under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 have been redetermined.

Under the new regulation:
The minimum capital amount is set at 250,000 TL for joint-stock companies and 50,000 TL for limited liability companies. For non-public joint-stock companies that have adopted the registered capital system, the initial capital must be at least 500,000 TL.

Joint-stock companies and limited liability companies with existing capital below these specified minimum amounts are required to increase their capital to the respective amounts by December 31, 2026.
Companies that fail to complete the capital increase procedures within the specified period will be deemed dissolved pursuant to Provisional Article 15 of the Turkish Commercial Code.
It is strongly advised that our members complete the necessary capital increase procedures within the designated timeframe to avoid any loss of rights and to ensure the uninterrupted continuation of their commercial activities.
