The Agriculture and Rural Development Support Institution (TKDK), an affiliated body of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, has issued the "Twelfth Call for Applications" on June 30, 2026. This call concerns investments to be implemented under the Rural Development Programme (IPARD III 2021-2027)—the Rural Development Component of the European Union's Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA)—on behalf of the Republic of Türkiye.

This call for applications pertains to applications for support submitted by enterprises wishing to invest under the IPARD III Programme. The total support budget to be allocated to investments supported under this call is 30 million Euros.

This budget will be utilized for investments across all 81 provinces. Projects supported by the TKDK are financed through the IPARD Fund, which is constituted by co-financing from the European Union and the Republic of Türkiye.

Applications will be accepted by the TKDK Malatya Liaison Office starting from July 28, 2026.
